1000V ABC- Aerial Bundled Cable

Applications：

The cables are used in aerial fixed installation for power transmission system or used as service drop cable with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV.

STANDARDS：

GB/ T12527, IEC60502-1, AS/NZS 3560.1, BS7870-5, NFC 33-209, HD 626 S1, or other standards on request

CONSTRUCTION：

Phase Conductor: aluminum, or copper, round stranded compacted.
Neutral or Messenger Conductor(optional): aluminium alloy conductor (Al-Mg-Si), round stranded
Street Lighting Conductor(optional): aluminium conductor, round stranded compacted
Insulation: XLPE, or PE, or PVC, black, weather-resistant, UV resistant
Assembly: The self-supporting system aerial bundled cables (ABC) consists of insulated cores laid-up together in right/left hand lay. The supporting system ABC cable consists of insulated phase and street lighting aluminium conductors, twisted around an insulated neutral messenger aluminium alloy conductor.

CORE IDENTIFICATION：

Single core: black
Two or four core: the color of core insulation is black and there are raised longitudinal ribs on the surface of insulation to identify phase sequence.
